Pencelli 2026

Our Year 6 pupils had an amazing time during their week-long residential trip to Pencelli. Throughout the week, they took part in a wide range of exciting outdoor activities, including canoeing, climbing, exploring a dingle, and even sliding down waterfalls!

The children showed fantastic teamwork and resilience as they supported one another through challenging activities, including navigating caves together. It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they encouraged their friends and worked together to overcome obstacles.

As well as developing their adventurous spirit, the pupils also built important life skills. They packed their own lunches each day and took increasing responsibility for their personal belongings, helping to develop their independence throughout the week.

We are incredibly proud of how the children represented our school. Their enthusiasm, determination, and positive attitudes made the trip a memorable experience for everyone involved. Well done, Year 6!
