Cluster Swimming Gala
This year’s cluster swimming gala went really well with 9 first places and lots of competitive races. Congratulations to Thomas R, Sapphire T-L, Jacob M, Megan C, Louis W, Ceinwen V, Sofia F and Will A (who won 2 golds!) Well done Team Fitz!
Well done also to Martha S, Grace V, Oskar W-H, Madeleine R, Danny-Joe M, Joe A, Eve M, Ned L & Abby M-D. You all did amazing! We came 2nd out of 5 schools (beaten by Christchurch on 102 points to our 96 – but there’s no hard feelings!) All the team did really well, and hopefully we will come first next year!

FSA News
Cafe Yum Yum – we’re looking for volunteers to get involved in the brilliant Cafe Yum Yum at the Strawberry Fair. Past helpers and new faces all welcome – either to help on the day or to donate cakes or savoury salads and quiches etc. We’re also looking for people to operate the tills for an hour each. Sign up sheets for volunteering and food donations will be in reception immediately after half term or you can contact Nicolette, Mandy and Emily directly.
Jumble Jars @ Strawberry Fair
Can you help please? Get rid of all those little toys you’ve got in the bottom of your toy box over half term, by filling a clean jar of any size with small toys, treats and nic-nacs for the Jumble Jars tombola-style stall at the Strawberry Fair. Old jam jars are ideal. (No nuts please).
Some ideas for donations include…
Novelty Rubbers – Small action figures – Lollipops – Sweets – Hair accessories – Small puzzles – Bouncy balls
Themed jars welcome and decorated jars too – but not necessary. All jars welcomed!
If you can help, please fill a jar and leave it in the box in the school reception after half term.
Thank you – FSA
