Strawberry Fair (Sat 20 June 11am – 3pm) HELP!!
We have brilliant new (and familiar!) attractions booked but now it’s time to get the money raising stalls sorted too.
We’re looking for individuals, friends, teams (anyone with a pulse basically!) to do an hour’s stint on a stall to make sure everything runs smoothly. There’s plenty of choice available from Fitz Fashion Finds to Coconuts, Jumble Jars to Inflatable Football, Cafe Yum Yum to Angry Birds!
** If anyone has an idea for a new stall they’d like to run then we’d love new ideas to refresh too!**
Other Fair appeals at this stage:
· Plants: we’ll be lacking Post Office Bill & Jill’s amazing donations this year so anything anyone can cultivate (legally!) over the next few weeks to donate on the day would be much appreciated.
· Jumble Jars: please start collecting empty lidded jars and fill them with tiny toys, sweets or similar (no nuts please). We’ll let you know when we need them.
· Bunting: we make every child’s strawberry picture into bunting for Cafe Yum Yum. Anyone up for sitting in front of their TV creating this fab feature over a few nights?
Please contact Sarah Mawdsley on: sarah@sarahmawdsley.co.uk to volunteer your services and sign up to something that appeals to you. It’s really not scary I promise, it’s actually great fun!
Thank you very much
Julia Savage, FSA
